Lori Caputo, President
Lori founded The Summers Holland Group in 1998. Prior to establishing SHG, she spent fifteen years gaining recruiting, research and marketing experience in Ohio, Texas and Georgia. She began her career in Human Resources with a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. Lori was recruited into the search business by a new entrepreneurial firm in Cleveland, Ohio. In Dallas, Texas, she established a contingency recruiting and consulting firm. After relocating to Atlanta, Lori worked for two senior level retained executive search firms as Vice President and Director of Research prior to launching The Summers Holland Group. With over twenty years of executive search experience, the majority of Lori's clients are in the Architecture and Engineering industries. Identifying the need for an industry specialist, Lori founded The Summers Holland Group. She directs a talented staff and continues to be personally involved in each search. Lori is listed in the National Register's Who's Who in Executives and Professionals.

Craig Caputo, Vice President
Co-founder of The Summers Holland Group, Craig has eighteen years of experience in the executive search industry. His responsibilities at SHG include information technology, corporate finance, strategic planning and general management of the firm. Craig began his executive search career in Boston, where his client base was primarily Fortune 500 companies. Craig graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Clemson University in 1990.

Robin Schimenti, Vice President
Robin was the first employee hired by The Summers Holland Group in 1998. Robin and Lori Caputo developed a working relationship for two years prior to the inception of SHG. Robin focuses on senior level retained executive search projects. While Robin's strength lies in her recruiting ability, she is also responsible for research, project management, staff training and mentoring, and business development. Originally from New York, Robin came to The Summers Holland Group with 11 years of experience in the executive search industry. Robin has a passion for and understanding of A/E/P, as several family members are prominent New York Architects. While Robin is capable of recruiting for all positions, she particularly enjoys engineering assignments. Robin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Adelphi University, New York.

Kelly Andrews, Associate
In addition to Kelly’s recruiting skills; she utilizes her knowledge of research and database management from her nine years experience in the music and entertainment industry. After her education at Georgia State, and an early career in film production, Kelly’s background includes customer relations, marketing, sales, and event coordination. Kelly has become the office research expert and is involved in coordinating the research for all SHG projects. She is responsible for identifying targeted companies and prospects utilizing the internet, industry publications and SHG’s contact database. In her spare time Kelly continues to pursue her passion for music.

Bill Cohan, Associate
Bill brings over twelve years of recruiting experience to his association with The Summers Holland Group. Bill’s diverse background includes successful business ownership and twelve years in corporate management. A University of Florida graduate and fan, Bill’s strengths include marketing, new business development, and candidate identification and development. Analytical with strong business acumen, Bill is involved with project management and strategic planning. Over the past several years, Bill has been focused on recruiting Architects and Interior Design professionals.

Beth Farrens, Associate
With over twenty years of executive search expertise, Beth has been recruiting middle to executive level management within the construction, healthcare and food service industries. Originally from Nebraska, Beth earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a marketing emphasis from Wayne State College, Wayne Nebraska. Beth’s strengths include candidate development and assessment. Her responsibilities include research, recruiting, and business development. During her tenure with SHG, Beth has developed strong client and candidate relationships in the MEP marketplace.

Sal Amadeo, Associate
Before joining The Summers Holland Group, Sal worked in Higher Education, (facility management and event coordination). As Staff Recruitment Coordinator, Sal was responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, supervising and evaluating professionals in support of a 430,000 sq .ft. facility. Originally from New Jersey, Sal has a Master of Science in Recreation Administration from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Rutgers University. An active alumnus, Sal enjoys collaborating with other alumni, and has a personal interest in working with firms that are implementing sustainable design solutions.

Susan Simmons-Stevenson, MHRM, MBA, Associate
Susan’s academic background (Masters in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management), technical aptitude and years of executive search experience have strengthened SHG’s recruiting capabilities. She has experience with clients such as IBM, Johnson & Johnson, and Equifax; as well as emerging, entrepreneurial firms throughout the US. Susan’s strength is her ability to thoroughly understand the unique and specific needs of both the hiring manager and prospective candidate. Susan’s responsibilities include marketing, business development, research, and recruiting.

Cheryl Heil, Executive Assistant
A native Atlantan, Cheryl joined SHG in 2007. Cheryl has nine years of experience working for commercial and residential contractors in the role of Executive Assistant, Business Manager and Customer Service Representative. Cheryl’s industry knowledge, detail orientation and organizational skills have contributed to the success and growth of SHG. Cheryl is responsible for administrative functions, accounting, research, marketing, and daily updates and maintenance of SHG’s database of 20,000 plus contacts.
