STATEMENT OF ETHICS
The Summers Holland Group has been built on a solid foundation of integrity. Every agreement we enter into is guided by the following principles:
- We treat all communication and disclosures as absolutely confidential, and keep the client completely informed through written reports and personal conversations. We honor our agreements to the letter.
- We do not engage in any action that could be construed as a conflict-of-interest by the client. Candidates placed with a client are never recruited by The Summers Holland Group during the person’s employment with the client. We do not recruit any employee of a client for a period of two years following a search.
We recognize that our success is due to our clients. We honor and value each relationship and appreciate the repeat business that comes from the results we produce.
