HOURLY BILLING METHODOLOGY SAVES THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN SEARCH FEES

Our industry specialization sets us apart from our competitors, as does our hourly billing method – it is unique to our industry. Working as Consultants we offer our services on an hourly basis, you pay as you go. The hourly rate is determined by the salary projected for the position. For over 24 years, Summers Holland’s fees have been averaging 20%, well below the industry standard 33.3%, saving clients thousands of dollars per search.
The Summers Holland Group’s retained executive search services are billed by the hour, in accordance with the table below:

• The initial fee for executive search services will not exceed 30% of the first year’s estimated cash compensation.
• A 40 hour minimum commitment is required.
• Within the initial fee SHG will provide up to two (2) qualified and interested candidates meeting the established criteria for the position.

Contingency Fees: 30% of the employee’s estimated first year’s salary.

GUARANTEES
SHG guarantees each candidate placed for a period of three months.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE
At any time, if a candidate placed by The Summers Holland Group resigns, SHG will extend a 20% discount to conduct a new search to fill the vacancy.
